PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the available payment methods at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received.

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

Orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production typically takes several business days before items are shipped, and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. EMS Merchandise Shop is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, incorrect shipping details provided by you, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review all product details, sizing guides, and your order carefully before purchasing.

We will replace or refund items only in the following cases:

- The product arrives damaged or defective

- You received the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing error
